We use USPS Shipping via priority mail to ensure quick delivery. For packages over three pounds, we use UPS, if you have a shipping preference or special instructions, please let us know.
Shipping Charges- Our shipping is easy, if the order is below $50, then the shipping is $5.99, over $50 then it is FREE. How nice is that?

International Shipping to most places FREE on orders over $175
Canadian Shipping FREE on orders over $125
International Shipping- We appreciate our international customers and will ship anywhere except Nigeria. We frequently ship internationally using Global Priority Mail whenever possible. We will quote you shipping charges. Expect delivery to your home in around 3-4 weeks.
Most items like oils and soaps can be shipped via Global Priority Mailers for about $11.35. We can fit about 8 oils or soaps (or combo) in one mailer.
Heavier items, like scrubs, work best in Global Flat Rate Boxes for $37.00.
You can fit about 12 scrubs in a flat rate box. We can give you a quote and always try to pack it the less expensive way for you. It is a bit less expensive for Canada and Mexico.
You are responsible for any customs charges. Please do not ask us to put "gift" on your customs slip. Putting "gift" on customs slips does not work very often and will often attract attention from customs officers. We wish that customs charges did not exist, we have to pay them when we bring in inventory from other countries too. Refunds- We issue refunds, exchanges, or credits (your choice!) for any reason within 2 weeks. Refunds will be sent via Paypal. We want you to be happy! We stand behind our items. Products must be upopened. Please notify us immediately if anything breaks in shipping. We pack your treasures very carefully but sometimes breakage happens. If you receive a broken, insured item, take it, and the packaging, to the post office to start a claim. The claim will not be processed without the packaging. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Items purchased for Christmas/Yule presents can be refunded/exchanged up to 2 weeks after Christmas. Please feel free to call us or email us for shipping times or ETAs Most items ship in 2-10 days. We will notify you if there are delays. Backorders/Out of Stock Items: We will notify you of any out of stock or delayed items. We no longer ship back orders due to the huge increase in shipping charges. We are a real "brick and mortar" store, so you can talk to a real person.
