This is truly an adorable 2 piece 4th of July outfit....or a GREAT Welcome Home Daddy (or mommy) outfit for all of those military kids!!! The set is a bubble type halter top with coordinating fabric for the bottoms. The bottoms have a matching ruffle on the bottom and can be made in capri or regular length!!!
