How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
When orders are placed it is currently taking 6 weeks to complete. This does not include the shipping time. If you are needing something sooner than that time frame I do offer a rush service. Please feel free to contact me at anytime regarding your order.
If you are placing a large order or a wholesale order those ordes can take 6 tp 8 weeks to complete. Please plan accordingly.
I know that the 6 week time frame seems like a long time but I make each item myself. I do not buy from other sellers to resell to you. I offer unbeatable low prices and supurb quality which keeps me very busy all year round. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Do you take custom measurements? TOP
I love working one on one with my clients. If you are wanting something to be custom fitted I have no problem working with you. I actually prefer to get custom measurements from you so that I know that your items will be perfect for yoru Hot Tot!

Do you except returns? TOP
Due to the nature of this business I will not except returns. Each item is custom made to order. I explain each item to the best of my ability. It is always hard as a consumer to know exactly what you are getting when you buy online so please feel free to ask many any questions. I try to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
**If I send you the wrong product I will glady exchange it for the correct product. All I ask is that you send me back the product I shipped you and I will return your shipping charges to you**
I am in a business to make money. I will fix all of the mistakes I make but I am not a major coorporation and i can not afford to except returns becasue the product is not what you thought it would be. Please make sure to ask questions before buying.
Do you issue refunds? TOP
Refunds can only be issued if you request it within 48 hours after making your purchase. Supplies are bought and cut when orders are placed. Once your order has been cut or fabric has been purchased for your order refunds will not be issued.
If you request a refund within the 48 hours it will be issued to you with the exception of the pay pal, google or credit card fees that I am charged when your order is placed.
I do offer a rush service that is avaiable if you are needing your order within a specified time frame.
