First Impression Stationers wants you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. The following outlines our store policies:
Custom Orders
All custom orders that include printing will be subject to proof approval. Once the proof is approved for wording, lettering style, format, etc., the order will go into production. Production time on custom orders done in-house can vary due to the quantity and amount of work involved. Please contact FIS if you are interested in placing a custom order.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Checks are only accepted in-store and only as a deposit for custom orders.
Returns
Blank, unprinted items and bracelets may be returned within 7 business days if they are returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Refunds of the purchase price, less shipping, will be made upon receipt of the item(s). There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders due to proof approvals. If it is found to be the error of FIS, customers will receive a full refund including shipping.
Shipping
Items purchased directly from FIS will be shipped via US Priority Mail. Items purchased directly from any of the products lines we carry will be shipped via UPS or may be picked up from our studio.
