How does it all work?
Click on the design and complete the order form.
Once payment is received and cleared we will commence.
Proof will be sent within 48 hours of payment.
Approve your proof/make changes
Your design will either be emailed to you as a high resolution jpeg file from which you can arrange printing or sent for printing. If you have ordered magnets they will be attached to each invitation. Plain white envelopes are also available and will be posted with order.
Please supply two email address's in case of any problems with email.
How many invitations do I get for $14.95?
The $14.95 invitations is for the design of the invitation which is emailed to you as a high resolution jpeg file from which you can print as many or as little as you need.
Can I see my photo's on a few different designs?
We can do multiple designs for you at a cost of $5.00 each. From there you can choose the design you prefer and we will make any amendments to that design.
What are proofs?
A proof is a low resolution digital image of your announcement which you will receive via email. Proofing your announcement or invitation is vital. Once a proof is emailed no refunds can be given. By sending us your approval on the design you are confirming that your print is exactly as you wish it to look.
Will my design print exactly as it is shown on my computer?
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the finished product due to (but not limited to) different monitor settings, ambient light, monitor brands, monitor resolutions etc. Printing on different mediums may also create a colour variation.
What if I need to make changes to the proofing stage?
No problem. We allow five amendments to your proof (each proof can have as many amendments as you like). Any additional proofs will be charged at $2.00 per proof. Payment of additional proofs need to be paid before amended proof is emailed.
Digivites will print your approved design so please make sure that you have double checked your proof as no responsibility is taken once order has been printed.
How do I submit my photo's to you?
Photo's can be sent via email to suzi@digivites.com. Please contact us if you would like to post your photo's.
How long do printed invitations take to receive?
Upon approval of design, your order will be printed and posted to you within 8 business days.
How many photo's do I send?
You will see on each design the amount of photo's that can be used. Some designs can be changed to have more or less photo's. We recommend contacting us if this is the case before you purchase. If your images are large files you may need to break them up over a few emails.
I don't like the colours on my favourite design, can you change this?
All designs are fully customisable so if you would like changes to colours, fonts and photo layouts we can do this for you. There is no additional charge for this.
What should I know about sending photo's?
We prefer digital photo's to be sent in a jpeg or tiff format. To achieve best quality set your digital camera to it's highest setting. 300dpi is a great base. If your photo's are a low quality there is only so much we can do to improve it. We cannot be responsible for poor print quality if your image is of poor quality.
Should I edit my photo's for you?
We would prefer photo's to be emailed in it's original format. We can touch-up, improve colour and lighting and crop your image for you.
Can I send you professional images?
By submitting any photo's to digivites you indemnify Digivites against any claim regarding the unauthorised use of another person's image.
Can I get a sample?
Not a problem. We can do a sample using either an existing design or a custom design. Samples are charged at $5.00. When you are ready to place your order we will take this amount off your total. No alterations will be made to the sample.
I have seen a design on another site, can you duplicate for me?
No. We will not duplicate another design from any site. You can email us the image and we will see if we can do something similar for you however we suggest if you see a design somewhere else and you love it, then purchase through them.
I have sent my photo's and have not received any response?
We do try and have a sample to you within hours of receiving payment (please allow up to 48hours) however sometimes your images may not arrive. Please contact us if you have not received your sample. Also supply an alternate email address in case there is a problem with your email account receiving the file.
What type of payment do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is paypal. We will also accept bank cheque, money order or direct deposit for Australian residents. Please contact us for banking details and mailing address.

Re-Print rights
You are given full re-print rights to your print yourself designs however the design belongs to Digvites. If you need written permission please contact us. www.digivites.com will appear as a small watermark on all designs.
