Can I place an order online? TOP
You can place an order for the fabric you like online. For a complete bedding set, you will need to contact us directly.
Why can I not order a complete bedding set online? TOP
We are a custom bedding company. This means, we may to speak with you personally to be sure that we know what you are ordering is exactly what you want. We strive to please our customer.
Can I see your bedding anywhere else? TOP
On our link tab, you will see some of the places we have our bedding displayed. You will also see the photographer's website. We do private labels for retailers as well.
Can you use a customer's fabric? TOP
Yes, we do use customers' fabric as well. You will need to contact us to make your order. Then we will figure the yardage and charge.
Is there a charge to drop ship an order? TOP
There is not a charge to drop ship an order. This is a courtesy we provide to you as a retailer for your customer as well as to an individual giving a gift to another individual.
Is there a warranty on your products? TOP
We do warranty our products from any defects for a year from the date of purchase. However, we guarantee our work. This means that if it is a defect in craftsmanship, we will correct your item for you. All you pay is shipping.
What is your return policy? TOP
On custom orders, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. In this case all sales are final. If you order a stock bedding set and are shipped an incorrect item, we will allow a return, However, we will not accept returns in any other case.
How is the payment processed for these orders? TOP
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Once your order is approved and we are sent the confirmation, we will contact you to verify your information and payment. You may send check or money order. However, please note that we will not begin your order until your payment has cleared our bank. This may cause a delay.
What if I want something you do not offer? TOP
Please feel free to email us with any suggestions or questions. We love to hear what our customers are interested in. Being in this business for over 35 years, we are able to make patterns for almost anything you can dream up.
YOu have done my bedding. How do I send in my pictures and testimonials? TOP
For those who do bedding through us directly, we love to see the finished product. You can email us with the pictures and your story and we will post it immediately. Also, if you have a newborn we did bedding for, please give us the birth info (name, date) as we would love to welcome your treasure to the world!
Is there a minimum order? TOP
There is a minimum order for retailers. You will need to contact us directly for that pricing. Individuals are welcome to order as little as one thing up to an entire house full of products!
How can I get updated information from you? TOP
Simply sign up at the bottom of our website for your monthly updates. These will include sales, new products and accessories as well as any new stores you can see us in! This will entitle you to "Member Discounts".
